Private consultations are designed to get a clear understanding of what our clients are struggling with. They are specialized one on one meetings to assess target areas of concern and develop a training plan that will work for the needs of each client.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know one day in advance if you must cancel. We do not offer refunds for cancellations but we will reschedule your training time for another session.
